What if my taxes are paid by my mortgage company? Our office supplies tax information to mortgage companies upon their request. If a mortgage company is servicing your loan, contact them to verify that they have requested your tax information. If your taxes are included in your monthly mortgage payment, the company will most likely request this information and pay your taxes on time. The notice you receive is for your records only.

If a tax notice is received that is marked "delinquent," additional assessment'" or "changed assessments," the mortgage company should be contacted.
